Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

1.1. The Buyer (consumer – natural person) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day the Buyer or a third party indicated by the Buyer (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

1.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a clear written notice to the Seller's e-mail: hello@arabusmarzas.lv before the 14-day period expires.

2. Conditions for Returned Goods

2.1. The returned good must be in its original, undamaged packaging, with all authentic labels and protective bags, complete with all accessories, and must not have been used or damaged.

2.2. Due to health and hygiene protection regulations, perfumes and cosmetics with opened packaging or broken safety seals cannot be returned once unsealed or used.

2.3. The Buyer is liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3. Return Shipping

3.1. The Buyer must send the goods back to the Seller (SIA "Attrezzo", address: Jāņa Čakstes prospekts 22A, Ogre, LV-5001) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal notice was communicated.

3.2. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer, unless the goods are defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Refunds

4.1. The Seller will reimburse all payments received from the Buyer, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from a non-standard delivery option chosen by the Buyer), no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller is informed of the Buyer's decision to withdraw.

4.2. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or the Buyer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

4.3. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used by the Buyer for the initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise explicitly.
